If you are not delighted with your purchase, return it within 30 days for a full refund. Free UK returns, no quibble.

How to return

1. Email returns@luxurytrex.com with your order number.
2. We send you a free UK returns label.
3. Pack the item back in its original packaging (or similar) and drop at any Royal Mail location.
4. We refund within 3 working days of receipt.

Conditions

• Items must be unused and in original condition
• Personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty
• Free returns are UK only — international customers cover return shipping

Faulty items

Anything that fails within 12 months due to a manufacturing defect — we replace or refund, no questions. Wear and tear from use is not a defect.
